Behind the drip tray, there is a physical toggle that allows you to choose from three temperatures (197, 201, or 205 degrees). Additionally, a switch on the machine's side provides two brew modes: 'Xmode Coffee' for optimal temperature consistency in coffee-only drinks, and 'Xmode steam' to enhance steam pressure for improved milk frothing post-brewing.
